一、报名条件

（1）年龄在18周岁以上；

（2）身体健康并满足申请从事的作业种类对身体的特殊要求；

（3）有与申请作业种类相适应的文化程度；

（4）具有相应的安全技术知识与技能；

（5）符合安全技术规范规定的其他要求。

作业人员的具体条件应当按照相关安全技术规范的规定执行。

 

二、报名材料

（1）近期2寸正面免冠彩色照片；

（2）身份证复印件1份；

（3）无色盲、色弱体检报告1份；

（4）特种设备作业人员资格申请表扫描件

三、理论考试

考试规则：考试时间：90分钟，满分：100分，70分及格，判断题：40题，每题1分：单选题：40题，每题1分：多选题：20题，每题1分。

四、实操考试

实操考试场地考试和场内道路两个部分。

• 场地考试规则：

场车作业人员实际操作技能考试由具体的线路和项目组成。叉车司机实际操作技能考试，包括场地考试和场内道路考试。叉车考生只有在场地考试合格后，方可进行场内道路考试。实际操作满分100分，70分合格。

• 场内道路考试规则：

五、叉车证在哪里可以报名参考？
